The investment company HC Holtzbrinck Ventures Fund IV LP joined the mobile app Gigalocal which claims to change Berlin's market for micro-jobbing from June on.
"Gigalocal intelligently connects the exciting local market for microjobbing with the technical possibilities and the independence of smartphones", sais Martin Weber, CEO of the HV Holtzbrinck Ventures Adviser GmbH. Gigalocal already employs 25 staff members. The app works like a virtual list of wishes on the road, so the app user can receive services or deliveries from other app users.
